Sales Manager/Business Development Administrator
Position Overview
The Sales Manager/Business Development Administrator’s primary responsibility is to assist our Sales and Support teams by identifying leads and qualifying sales opportunities based on the target DNA then passing the appropriate information in CRM and to sale’s team members. The SM/BDA will also play a crucial role in passing information along to our Customer Success and Earned Media Strategy teams as part of the pre and post sales activities.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1, Will research, collect data and organize leads and prospects for the Sales team to help them stay efficient with outbound calling and communications to target prospects. Create email campaigns for delivery to segmented prospects and customers to generate interest in setting up appointments. Build and generate tracking reports for leads, prospects and post sales data for Support teams.
2, Pre & Post Sales activity support – Facilitate and share information via assigned documents to provide updates to critical information related to sales and prospecting. Assisting support team with client information gathering which provides useful and insightful information based on workflow and process documentation.
Qualifications We’re Looking For
- A self-starter, energized by challenges not afraid of them
- 2-3 years experience in similar role, business development or direct sales, preferably in MarTech, AdTech, Public Relations or similar SaaS/data platforms
- A relentless researcher, good at sifting through data available in tools to find the information you’re looking for and presenting it in an organized manner
- Proficient in relevant sales, marketing and productivity tools (Salesforce.com, Marketing Automation, Email tracking, Web alerts/search, Social Media, Excel, etc.)
- A fast learner and “hunter” by nature
- Direct Media Experience a plus
- Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, startup environment

Customer Success Strategist
Position Overview
The Customer Success Strategist’s primary responsibility is to interact with the company’s customers and are responsible for answering questions, solving problems, handling customer challenges, taking orders and promoting products and services. They may often give instructions by chat, phone or support ticket and besides performing problem-solving solutions, they also assist in sales.
This will be a great role for those with communication abilities, patience, a friendly personality, problem-solving skills and basic computer competencies. Position may lead to a role as an Engagement Manager (EMAS) or PR Strategist should a desire to grow beyond this role presents itself.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1, Provide Customer Support – Customer Success Strategist’s main duty is to provide customer support which include answering incoming calls, answering questions about products or customer accounts, placing orders and troubleshooting issues customers may have. The Customer Care Representative spends the majority of their workday actively assisting customers in one form or another.
2, Identify Upselling Opportunities – The Customer Success Strategist may find ways to upsell or cross-sell to increase revenue and have our customers utilizing our services for their needs. They also recommend new systems and procedures to amplify productivity.
3, Applying Knowledge of Media and Marketing Strategies -Provide and develop media and press release suggestions and strategies alongside customers.
4, Document Interactions – Documenting customer interactions and calls after working with a customer to provide a quick summary of what was discussed or accomplished during their phone call.
Qualifications We’re Looking For
- 2-3 years experience in media communications, marketing communications or public relations
- Fantastic interpersonal skills and enjoy assisting others
- Proficient in relevant sales, marketing and productivity tools (GSuite, Salesforce, Web alerts/search, Social Media, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.)
- Knowledge of customer service practices
- Staying calm under pressure and wonder customer service skills
- Experience in mediation and conflict resolution techniques
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, startup environment
- Excellent communicator both orally and in writing
